Meredith

I took some friends to the airport so while I was in Salt Lake I visited a cousin, Meredith. It was a short quick visit during her lunch break at work, but even that short visit I left a better person with a greater resolve to be happy and positive. Meredith has influenced my life ever since I was young. I remember writing letters back and forth when I was a kid and I always admired her handwriting and would spend hours practicing to write like her after I'd receive a letter from her. (Always in different bright colors) Once when we visited her she taught us how to twirl her color guard flag and when I got to high school I tried out for the color guard team. I knew I wanted to go to school to be a nurse but wasn't really sure where. I talked to her about her experience at BYU-Idaho and that helped me decide to move to Rexburg to attend school there. Meredith is always smiling and such a joy to talk to. She is full of wisdom and confidence. A happy life-is-good confidence that I try to emulate. She's the kind of person I want to be. The kind of person who lights of the room and leaves every one in a good mood. I'm thankful for her goodness. She is so great!

Love, Aubrey
