The View
I'm not even sure how to describe my love for the view we have from our front porch. It has made me fall in love with Utah, and call it home. I snapchat it all the time (I'm sure you're well aware, all you fellow snapchatting buddies) because I am just overcome (daily!) with how pretty it is...in the morning with the sunrise, the seagulls in the field across the street, the sun rays shooting out across the valley, it's amazing. During the day, the clouds usually cast shadows on parts of the mountain. There is still snow in the tips of the higher points, which brings a beautiful color contrast. When it rains, the dark clouds give the mountains a deep purple color. The sunset it probably my favorite. It makes the mountains turn orange, pink, and radiant yellow. I'm no poet (or writer for that matter) so the words to describe the depth of beauty there is do not come to me, and the pictures just do a fraction of the justice. But, I am so thankful for this beautiful world that I get to enjoy. And my small piece of the North Ogden mountain view that I get to call my front yard. I know they will build and develop the field across the street into sub divisions in the next few years, so I'm enjoying every second I can before that happens. :) Here are the few that I have saved in the last week.
